Dear Jerry,
We purchased from AccuTemp and had installed a new HVAC system for our home on 5 September. My experience and interaction with AccuTemp through this transaction has prompted me to do something I rarely feel compelled to do, write the owner or manager of the organization with which I conducted business.
As a consumer with many choices in regard to HVAC equipment and organizations with which to do business, I selected American Standard based on research conducted by Consumer Reports and JD Power and I initially selected AccuTemp based on organizational standing with the Better Business Bureau.
My first significant interaction with AccuTemp was a visit to my home by Mike Ritchey. Thank goodness, Mike listened. I had done enough research prior to the meeting to have a fairly good idea what was needed to achieve the interior climate I wanted to enjoy in my home. Mike listened to my needs and concerns and invested the necessary time and effort to meet those needs and concerns, all while offering me a choice of products that I felt were a good overall value, all things considered. Mike's attention, thoroughness, and professionalism throughout his visit and in his quotation documents are much appreciated.
The very next morning, my home became a beehive of AccuTemp activity. Four of your employees were assigned to my installation: Kenneth Stanton, Mike Byrnes, Stephen Roy, and Robert Fox. I cannot say enough good things about these four gentlemen. They arrived on time -actually a few minutes early, reviewed the scope of work with me, and immediately set about their plan -out with the old, in with the new. Their commitment to meeting customer expectations and professionalism while doing so was refreshing. I enjoyed interacting with them for the several hours they were on property and can only wish that other contractors and service providers followed their example. I also appreciate them leaving my home as clean as they found it.
Lastly, I had the opportunity to interact with Shaun Chalifoux a few days after the initial installation to work through another visit to my home -again by Mike Byrnes -to install a second condensation pump and make a programming adjustment to the new thermostat. Shaun delivered the same consistent, thorough, and professional service that, bythen, Ihad come to expect from AccuTemp.
Jerry, in my second paragraph, I indicated why I initially selected AccuTemp. I now have several reasons why I would not only select AccuTemp again, but why I would happily recommend your organization to others.
By virtue of this letter, I'd like to recognize and thank you for building an organization your employees are obviously proud to represent and that you can be proud of. I'd also especially like to recognize and thank the AccuTemp employees mentioned herein for their hard work, dedication, and professionalism during my recent purchase and installation experience.

Dear AccuTemp,
Mr. William Correa was the Master Technician that received our service call. He
was by far the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous and on time service
we have ever received from any company. He was able to spot the problem make
recommendations and explain to us exactly what the problem was and what it would
take to correct it.
Me and my mother appreciate everything he did for us and all them information he
passed on to us. It is by far and few that in the service Business that you can
have some one of this stature come to your house. He has a lot of self ownership
and pride for what he does. Thank you again.

The tech who arrived William Correa did an excellent job. It was an emergency
Saturday call and he even arrived 2 hours early which was EXCELLENT since I was
in a pinch for time. I fired my old company when they didn't show up on Friday
and I am most definitely going to use your company for my future needs. Thank
you.

I have been doing a lot of home repair over the past few weeks, and my
experience with AccuTemp is by far the best experience I have had with any of
the contractors. David Browning and his install crew could not of done a better
job if they tried. David was even able to fix some of my airflow issues that
other companies told me were not possible to fix. I plan on and have recommended
your organization to anyone who asks me.

Mark Eloi and his helpers were probably the best service/installation crew I
have ever had in my home. Not only were they most professional and skilled, they
were friendly, with a sense of humor. I felt comfortable enough with Mark in my
home -- and with my dogs -- that, if I had needed to leave for any reason, I
could have done so and not worried. We have had a service agreement with
ACCUTEMP since we moved to Alpharetta about 11 years ago. In fact, Jerry,
himself, did our first year or two of service calls and inspections. We are very
pleased with the continuous excellent service we receive each year. Thanks for

I am thrilled with the service I received, in the repair work to my old unit,
the help in choosing my new unit and the installation of my heating and air

The service technician was very professional, gave me all of my options (about
repair or replace), and no high pressure tactics were used.

I cannot read the signature of the engineer that came out, but I am sure you
have it in your files. He also was extremely professional and was able to give
us a quote immediately. I am, thanks to all concerned, COOL for the first time
in 48 hours!!

The gentlemen were very nice and courteous, especially answering my questions.
They left the area clean and checked all the switches, set the COOL AIR on and
