1. Go to your thermostat and switch the fan from “auto” to “on” – this will help your coils thaw out in the event that they are frozen. Even if you don’t see ice, it could still be there.
2. Turn the cooling from “on” to “off”
3. Wait for us to arrive with our special gauges, tools and expertise.
